This position is our front line to build awareness and trust for the company and its brands by communicating brand messaging and executing the marketing plan. These individuals will represent unique brands and innovations for the Medical Cannabis market in Southern and Central California. Serious candidates will be able to work independently and as part of the team, excels at building and maintaining relationships, have confidence to approach any opportunity, and maintain diligent follow through. This person must possess an understanding to communicate brand assets; experience with market competition analysis; excellent customer service skills; discipline to accurately communicate wins and obstacles to management. Candidates must have a passion for cannabis and knowledge of top quality cannabis brands and products.
AT NO TIME WILL YOU BE SELLING OR DELIVERING ANY CANNABIS OR CANNABIS PRODUCTS.
Establish new Co-op & Dispensary accounts for IP Licensed Manufactures.
Build solid B2B relationships through weekly account follow up.
Placement of P.O.S., retail displays, promotional gear, and market activations.
Deployment of collateral for evolving marketing initiatives.
Ongoing education with retail partner staff.
Organize and coordinate consumer outreach + education events.
Contribute to tradeshow planning and execution.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High School diploma or GED a must.
College degree not required.
Clean background check.
3 to 5 years of retail experience.
2 to 4 years of brand management or brand activation experience preferred.
Must have valid US/ California driver’s license
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (Please attach MVR with resume)
Must have reliable transportation with valid insurance with room to carry P.O.S. and counter displays.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
Proficiency with smart devices and data entry via Android platform.

Base Salary $35,000 annual + Monthly Bonus Objectives (Monthly Opportunity $3,700 – $12,000)
